Records, fields and datasets
A record is one observation: a sentence, a price, a photo label. A field is one fact on that record. A dataset is a documented collection with a purpose, a licence and a known limitation. Data by AI HUB treats undocumented files as unfinished, not as products.
Why this platform exists
Models trained only on a few world languages miss Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Pidgin and the markets people actually use. The work is to collect with consent, clean, label and publish under a licence. Talent and knowledge are the point. Poverty is not a theme.
